Where do you train?
I train at Allstars Gym in West London

How did you get involved?
I was interested in getting fit and I didn't like the idea of going to the gym so I thought I would try going to a boxing circuit class in my local area. The coach at the gym, Mr Akay, saw potential in me and asked if I wanted to join the amateur class and from there I haven't looked back since.

What do you love about boxing?
I love the focus and discipline it gives me and I love the feeling of winning and the fact that anything can happen in a boxing match - it's never over until the bell rings!

Do you have a message for women and girls starting in boxing?
To train hard, because as a female boxer you have more to prove.

What does your training involve?
It depends on if I have a fight coming up but usually I will go to Allstars 3-4 times a week. My sessions there include sparring, bag work, pad work, and skill work.  I also combine my training with running - a mixture of long distance jogs and short sessions of sprints and interval training.
