Eastern Counties’ first Box In Mind course

The first Eastern Counties-based Box In Mind course was delivered on Saturday 7th September at the Attleborough Boxing Club.
Attendees were made up of coaches and volunteers Attleborough ABC and also The Sudbury ABC.
The workshop allowed participants to explore their relationship with mental health as well as planning how to create an environment within their own clubs that encourages talking to one another about their mental wellbeing.
Box In Mind Tutor and Lead Tom Paget said: “It was great to finally roll this workshop out in the Eastern Counties.
“Everyone in attendance brought something different to the table with some great conversations throughout.”
