Disciplinary Procedures
The Amateur Boxing Association of England is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent and ethical disciplinary process that is acknowledged as such by its members and administrators. Great care has been taken in the compilation of this document and before acceptance by the Board of Directors has been scrutinised by both solicitors and a barrister of law.
Whilst dealing fairly and proportionally with those who transgress our rules, this document is also compiled in order to provide a fair and ethical method of identifying injustice.
