Professional Indemnity
The ABAE has 'professional indemnity' to protect itself against claimant and defence costs and expenses for claims arising from any breach of duty (whether actual or alleged) by reason of a negligent act, error or omission, libel, slander (or other form of defamation) and dishonesty of an employee.
