Weigh-in: 10am-12pm

Boxing: 1pm

Weight Allowance

Up to 50kg - 300gms

Up to 63kg - 500gms

Over 63kg - 700gms

(This weight allowance is also the maximum amount of weight a boxer may lose during the 2 hour weigh in period) 

North West Counties, Tyne Tees, Midlands and Yorkshire ABA will box in the red corner so may not wear a blue vest.

London, Southern, Home, Eastern & Western ABA are in the blue corner so may not wear a red vest.

All coaches please ensure you have a valid and up-to-date coach card. You will not be allowed to act as a second if you do not have your coach card with you.
