Boxing Foundation
The Boxing Foundation has extended the date for applications from clubs who have not already received Boxing Foundation or CCDP grants. If your club has not received a Boxing Foundation or CCDP grant in the past, and you have not already applied this season, you have until October 31st to return your completed form to us.
Boxing Foundation grants are available to selected clubs and the Foundation will allocate funding again this year to support the grass roots of English amateur boxing.
The Boxing Foundation determines each year how its funding will be dispersed. For this year, 2008/2009, it was agreed to support over 150 boxing clubs with a £200 equipment package.
In order to apply for a grant, the club will need to return a completed application form to:

Clubs will not be eligible to apply if they have previously had CCDP funding or the Boxing Foundation Grant in 2007.

Successful clubs will be required to select £200 worth of equipment from a catalogue supplied to them by the ABAE. The equipment will be despatched to the clubs address and paid for directly by the Boxing Foundation.
Cut-off date for applications is 31st October 2008
All applicants, whether successful or not, will receive an acknowledgement from the Sheffield office to confirm receipt of the application.
