Yorkshire v Ireland Select
Ronny Tucker's Handsworth Amateur Boxing Club travelled to Ireland as part of the annual Dublin select v Yorkshire select event on the 16 April 2008.
Ronny's report follows.
There were twelve bouts and the final score was 6-6

All the boxers were well behaved, a big thanks to George Ingle , although his bout fell through he showed exceptional sportsmanship. George stayed in the changing room through out the event and warmed every boxer up. George set a fantastic example to the younger boxers, and he and the rest of the boxers were a pleasure to be with.
As usual we were well looked after and the matchmaking was excellent; congratulations to Arthur O'Brian for doing an excellent job.
