Senior Novice Finals Success for London Clubs
London clubs produced an amazing 15 finalists at the recent Senior Novice Championships held in the Mountbatten Centre in Portsmouth.
Of the 15, 9 boxers went on to be crowned 2011 Senior Novice Champions.
In class A (under 10 bouts) the winners from London based clubs were;
48kg Jay Smith – Fisher
63.5kg Zubair Muhammad – Fitzroy Lodge
75kg Jermain Williams – Fitzroy Lodge
91kg Joe Seabrook – Times
And the runners up from the capital;
57kg Shafioliah Sahak – Hayes
67kg Musa Hasan – Fairbain
91+kg Wole Adesmoye – Dale Youth
In Class B (under 20 bouts) London boxers went on a 5 bout winning streak from 63.5kg to 81kg;
63.5kg Ronnie Nwkakeze – Waltham Forest
67kg Jordan Grannum – Islington
71kg Beau Tuney – Sands End
75kg Aarron Morgan – Islington
81kg Simon Lewis (pictured below) – Repton
And the runners up were;
54kg Kenny Burke – Bodyshots
60kg Thomas McKeogh – Hollington
86kg Ricardo Slue – Fitzroy Lodge
