To register your club for Clubmark please complete the registration form below. Instructions for completion and return are included in the form.

Once your club has completed the ABAE assessment submission form and evidence file, you must contact ABAE headquarters in Sheffield to be given a date for assessment.

The Clubmark assessment panel will meet on four occasions during each year to consider accreditation submissions from clubs. The next panel meeting will take place on Thursday 18th September.

To ensure that the necessary procedures are fully implemented each club will be visited by a Clubmark assessor as part of the assessment process.
